Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - MedSurg Oncology FT Nights

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join an inpatient oncology unit, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care to adult cancer patients requiring inpatient treatments. The RN will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practice, clinical standards, and the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Perform individualized nursing assessments, diagnoses, and care planning with a focus on cultural diversity and patient engagement.
Coordinate care through effective communication, interdisciplinary rounds, and timely documentation, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.
Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research activities, and uphold healthcare policies, standards, and safety goals.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment.
Maintain all required licenses and certifications, including RN licensure and BLS, with a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
Possess strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills, with the ability to respond effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations.
