Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in pre-transplant care within the Renal Transplant department. It involves providing comprehensive patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting seamless transitions for transplant patients. The nurse will serve as a liaison to enhance collaboration, improve patient outcomes, and track data for quality improvements. Some cross-training with post-transplant patients is expected.

• Ensuring continuity of care and timely treatment
• Facilitating collaboration among healthcare teams
• Supporting equitable access and under-insured patients
• Tracking outcomes and data for process improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Registered Nurse from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
• BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience; BSN or higher preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
• Critical Care experience is a plus
