Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Evanston Hospital
Type: Full-time, 36 hours/week
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00pm – 7:30am, rotating weekends
Responsibilities Include
Providing nursing care to diverse patient populations
Utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care
Ensuring regulatory compliance and accountability for care outcomes
Guiding and supervising unlicensed nursing staff
Contributing to safety, quality patient experiences, and positive outcomes
Qualifications
BSN degree preferred
Current IL nursing license required
BLS/CPR certification mandatory; ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification within nine months
Minimum of one year of nursing experience
