Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse providing patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse patient populations; ensure regulatory compliance; assume accountability for nursing outcomes; guide unlicensed staff; promote safety and quality patient experiences.
Qualifications: Current IL nursing license; BSN preferred; BLS/CPR certification; 1+ year of experience; certification in Chemotherapy Immunotherapy within nine months of hire.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, leadership, adherence to regulations, and ability to foster positive patient outcomes.
