Key Responsibilities Include

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and communicating updates.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure seamless patient care.
• Following physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assessing discharge planning needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a recognized multi-state license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
