Role Summary
Provide patient-centered inpatient oncology nursing care by assessing patients, monitoring clinical status, and promptly reporting changes. Perform ordered treatments and nursing procedures, administer medications, and document care accurately. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and necessary follow-up.
