Position Overview
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in oncology infusion and cancer care
Location: Mercy Coletta Cancer Center, Oklahoma City
Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and evaluate the effectiveness of caregiving provided by team members.
Maintain professional accountability and adhere to organizational standards and values.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
Preferably with at least 1 year of nursing experience.
Current RN licensure in the relevant state or compact license, meeting all licensing requirements.
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or complete within 30 days of hire.
Physical Requirements
Capability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.
Ability to perform physical activities such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
