Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU providing specialized care during night shifts.
Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments
• Manage ventilators and administer medications
• Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies following evidence-based protocols
• Collaborate with neonatologists, therapists, and families to deliver family-centered care
• Educate parents and facilitate safe transitions for newborns
Qualifications & Skills
• Registered Nurse licensure
• Knowledge of neonatal care and critical care protocols
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Duties: Providing high-quality neonatal care, ensuring patient safety, supporting families, and participating in ongoing education and professional growth in a supportive environment.
