Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement specialized treatment plans for patients.
Monitor and assess patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and their families on their condition and ongoing care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure high quality and safe patient care.
Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and respond to emergency situations.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive healthcare environment.
Stay up-to-date on advancements and developments in the field of neurology and critical care.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and make adjustments as needed.
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
