Job Description
Role: Med Surg Oncology RN
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult oncology and medical-surgical patients
Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
Administer chemotherapy and supportive treatments
Monitor complex patient conditions and respond to rapid changes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families about treatment and care
Ensure accurate documentation and uphold safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Skills
Strong clinical knowledge in oncology and medical-surgical nursing
Ability to assess and respond to complex patient conditions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient education and safety standards
Ability to adapt and grow in a supportive, innovative environment
