We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of Infusion Registered Nurse at various experience levels (I, II). Your qualifications and experience will determine your placement level. All positions are integral to patient care under the guidance of licensed medical professionals, with greater responsibilities assigned at higher levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• For RN Infusion I/II:
• Utilize your clinical nursing expertise to ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to legal, organizational, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care to infusion patients, focusing on education, nursing assessments, and the administration of vital medications, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
• Assess both physiological and psychosocial patient needs, implement nursing interventions, and effectively communicate any patient concerns to the healthcare team.
• For RN Infusion II:
• Incorporates all duties and responsibilities of RN Infusion I.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Completion of ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Course within 3 months of employment.
• Current and valid Texas RN license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 6 months of RN experience, or 1+ year of Kelsey Seybold Clinic experience in place of 6 months with approval.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Strong computer skills.
• Skillful in IV insertion.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
• For RN Infusion II:
• 5+ years of clinical RN experience, including 2+ years in infusion, oncology, or related settings with at least 1 year of waived testing and specimen processing experience.

Compensation for this role ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and market conditions.
