Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN specialized in ICU care to provide exceptional, patient-focused nursing services in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Delivering high-quality critical care to diverse patient populations.
• Applying advanced nursing skills and clinical judgment in an ICU environment.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient conditions and treatments.
Qualifications And Skills Required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington RN license and BLS certification at hire; ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and as part of a team.
