Role Overview: Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

• Key Responsibilities: Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age/developmentally appropriate, patient- and family-centered care. Maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment, ensuring privacy and professionalism. Participate actively in shared governance, adhere to standards of care, and promote clinical excellence. Coordinate care management to prioritize clinical needs and improve patient outcomes. Engage in peer review, professional development, and foster a healthy work environment.
• Qualifications & Skills: Associate's Degree in Nursing with at least one year of RN experience. Valid RN licensure in South Carolina or a compact state. Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross). Physical ability to stand, lift, move, and communicate effectively in a clinical setting. Demonstrates manual dexterity, visual and auditory acuity, stamina, and adherence to infection control protocols.
