Role Overview: Provides direct patient care within the Surgical Oncology department, utilizing top of scope practice and evidence-based methods. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizing wellness, safety, and quality care. Supports new staff through precepting and adapts to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver acute care in moderate to high acuity units, including specialty Med-Surg units.
• Apply clinical knowledge in patient assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
• Model proficiency and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
