Role: Provides direct patient care in an oncology inpatient setting, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities: Administers chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other treatments; models proficiency through precepting new staff; prioritizes patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices; contributes to quality care in high-acuity units; and supports a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse licensure, a minimum of 6 months RN experience, BLS certification, and completion of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred). Experience with chemotherapy/immunotherapy within a year is ideal.
