Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Approximately 32–40 hours per week Monday–Friday

Compensation
- $45–$50/hour, based on experience
- Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $74,880–$104,000/year, depending on hourly rate and weekly hours
- Competitive bonus system providing additional earning potential
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join an established dental practice in the Winston-Salem area.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other preventive procedures
- Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
- Take diagnostic radiographs as clinically indicated
- Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
- Review and update patient medical and dental histories
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Follow appropriate infection control and clinical safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative practice environment
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Patient-centered approach to clinical care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
