Job Description
Our client, a NYC based and nationally renowned commercial realty company seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with commercial leasing experience.
Candidate should have 5 plus years of experience in a law firm or legal department handling commercial RE paralegal and leasing duties including drafting, amending, redlining documents and agreements; handling due diligence and compliance as well.
Candidates with "big law" NYC Commercial RE/Leasing experience encouraged to apply. Those with corporate legal department or boutique law firm experience also encouraged to apply.
Lifestyle firm- no billable hour requirements. Hours are 830 to 530 pm. Full time in office.
Very generous salary, benefits and year end raises.
