Radiation Therapy Lead — Oncology

Novant Health Radiation Oncology Department is seeking a Radiation Therapist II to oversee daily operations, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and manage treatment delivery and patient flow. The role includes acting as a Super User for technology, mentoring new staff, and contributing to process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience as a radiation therapist, knowledge of CT procedures and HDR QA, and ARRT certification in Radiation Oncology.
