Radiation Therapist – RT; T Simulation

Position: Radiation Therapist – RT(T) – Simulation
Location: St. Louis

Seeking a Certified Board Simulation Radiation Therapist to perform patient treatments utilizing ionizing radiation under the supervision of Radiation Oncologists. The role involves preparing patients and charts, delivering precise treatments, and coordinating treatment schedules. The position is suitable for recent graduates, new grads, or experienced therapists with preferred experience in treatment planning, CT simulation, or related fields such as CT Technologist or Dosimetrist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare patients and treatment charts
• Deliver accurate radiation treatments
• Complete treatment processes and coordinate scheduling
• Utilize advanced treatment techniques (SBRT, SRS, Adaptive, OSMS, etc.) with state-of-the-art equipment including linear accelerators and CT simulators
Qualifications & Skills:
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Board Certification by ARRT (RT(T))
• High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Licensure as RT(T)
• Excellent understanding of radiation therapy techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
