Radiation Therapist

Role Overview: This onsite Radiation Therapist provides direct patient care in a state-of-the-art radiation oncology setting, utilizing advanced Varian treatment technology and Siemens CT simulators. The position involves delivering high-quality radiation therapy within a multidisciplinary team, precepting new staff, and contributing to patient safety and care standards.

Responsibilities

Performing scope-of-practice radiation therapy procedures.
Collaborating with healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Mentoring and training new team members.
Ensuring safety and quality during treatment delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technologist program.
ARRT(T) certification.
BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
