Role Overview
The Radiation Therapist performs patient treatments, ensuring quality improvement procedures and machine warm-up under the supervision of a Medical Physicist. This position requires a relevant degree or equivalent coursework, Washington Radiologic Technologist certification, and National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Key Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients
Perform quality assurance and machine warm-up activities
Collaborate with medical team to deliver safe and effective care
Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy or sufficient coursework for licensure
Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire
National Certification from ARRT
Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
