Radiation Oncology Locum Tenens | Ohio
Provider Details

Shift Details
• Estimated Start Date: October 23, 2026
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: October 26, 2026 - Ongoing
• Schedule Details: Monday – Thursday (8-hour clinical days). 1 day per week is strictly reserved for On-Treatment Visits (OTVs).
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 4 days per week (filling a 0.6 FTE vacancy)
• Patient Population/Case Load: 7-12 follow-up patients and 12-15 active treatment patients per shift. Mix of new patient consults, follow-ups, add-ons, and urgent visits.
• Case Mix: Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
• Trauma Level: Level 3
Licensing Details
• License: An active Ohio state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days
