As our third radiation oncologist, you will work collaboratively in a state-of-the-art facility, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population across Northern New Mexico. The newly completed Cancer Center integrates comprehensive cancer care services, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Opportunity Highlights:
• Full-time employed position with flexibility for a 4-day work week
• Join an established practice with two experienced radiation oncologists
• Be part of a multidisciplinary cancer center with built-in supportive care services
• Involvement in an active clinical research program, including opportunities for innovative clinical trials

• Help expand advanced radiation oncology services, including SRS, SGRT, CNS radiosurgery, and brachytherapy

Advanced Technology and Clinical Capabilities:
• Two Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators
• HyperSight high-resolution imaging
• Varian Bravos HDR brachytherapy system
• Advanced image guidance with fiducial tracking capabilities
• Onsite CT, PET, and MRI imaging

Current Treatment Capabilities Include:
• Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
• Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)
• Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT / RapidArc)
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
• High Dose Rate (HDR) Brachytherapy

Department Resources:
• 2 Medical Physicists
• 1 Medical Physics Assistant
• 3 Dedicated Dosimetrists
• Experienced radiation therapy staff

Qualifications:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Oncology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
