Radiation Oncologist

UNC Health is seeking a clinically oriented, board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our cancer care team at UNC Health Appalachian in a part-time, flexible capacity. The selected physician will support radiation oncology services at the Seby B. Jones Regional Cancer Center in Boone, North Carolina, working alongside experienced medical and surgical oncology colleagues. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking reduced clinical hours, semi-retirement, academic balance, or supplemental practice while remaining engaged in a high-quality multidisciplinary oncology program.

• Active SRS/SBRT, IMRT, and electron therapy programs

• Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
