Radiation Oncologist

The West Virginia University Health System and University Health Associates seek a qualified Radiation Oncologist to join their team at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. In this role, the clinician will provide exceptional patient care across multiple sites within the Northern Region of West Virginia. Additionally, the successful candidate will actively participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Practice Info

• Northern Region of West Virginia across multiple locations

• Sites include Wheeling Hospital, Berkley Medical Center, Ruby Memorial Hospital (MBRCC), Fairmont Medical Center, and United Hospital Center

• West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Radiation Oncology

Responsibilities

• Practice in the areas of Radiation/Oncology

• Provide excellent patient care

• Actively be involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows

Shift & Schedule

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 10

• Exempt

Requirements

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent required

• Eligible for state medical license required

• Completed a Radiation/Oncology residency program required

• Board certified/eligible in Radiation/Oncology required

• All qualifications must be met by the time of the appointment

• Open to visa sponsorship
