Position Highlights:
• Work-Life Balance: Largely self-directed Monday-Friday schedule within general business hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility to meet families in the evenings and occasionally on weekends.
• No call, no required nights or weekends, and no court-ordered evaluations.
• Desirable Practice Setting: Join a mission-driven nonprofit community health and behavioral health organization as the founding psychologist for a new evaluation program serving Wayne, Fayette, and Union counties.
• Ideal Work Environment: Private office with two dedicated testing spaces, an on-site psychometrist, and a Program Coordinator handling scheduling. Assessment instruments and telehealth equipment are provided.
• Culture & Support: Clinical oversight from Chief of Clinical Operations and an HSPP, with an on-site psychometrist to support and mentor.
• Leadership Opportunities: Opportunity to build and lead a new evaluation program, oversee and mentor the on-site psychometrist, and help establish the program in east-central Indiana.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive Compensation: $120,000 base salary plus benefits.

Qualifications:
• Degree: Doctoral degree in psychology required.
• Certifications: Board certification or board eligibility not specifically required; HSPP licensure is required.
• Licensure: Indiana HSPP licensure required.
• Skillset: Broad evaluation skill set preferred. Experience with competency attainment assessment, risk assessment, psychological testing, or psychoeducational testing is a plus.
• Experience: Open to all experience levels. New graduates are welcome provided they hold HSPP licensure. Must be comfortable conducting evaluations in family homes and working with a variety of testing needs.
• Sponsorship: No visa sponsorship.
