Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Career Land Center, LLC Springfield, MA

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment support for clients receiving behavioral health services. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will work closely with therapists, social workers, case managers, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated, culturally responsive care for individuals and families in the community.
