Job Description
Role: Project Manager - Global Ads
Location: Remote – EST preferred; New York, NY preferred
Duration: 7 Months
Schedule: 20 hours/week until 41 (Potential to Extend)
Overview
This role is responsible for managing the go-to-market (GTM) of an Ads product unification initiative across multiple global brands and platforms. The successful candidate will oversee program governance, operational execution, timelines, and implementation to help ensure consistency in product features and capabilities across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the overall GTM coordination and implementation process across multiple brands and platforms.
- Own the program timeline, cadence, and consolidation of inputs to successfully launch unified product features.
- Serve as the central program owner for Ads unification GTM, bringing brand leads and cross-functional stakeholders together and delivering an integrated view to all stakeholders.
- Own consolidated planning deliverables, including integrated targets, capacity rollups, investment allocation, and program roadmap across segments.
- Coordinate GTM playbooks, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and accountability for each GTM milestone.
- Establish standardized frameworks and processes for GTM milestones.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate status and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Report to the Director of Global Ads.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project status and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build structure and processes in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align partners with competing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working with data to track progress and support decisions; spreadsheet or SQL experience is a plus.
- Strong bias for action and a high standard for quality execution under deadline pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building repeatable processes, templates, or tools that provide value beyond a specific project.
- Experience with go-to-market initiatives, product launches, or cross-functional business programs.
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and make cross-functional partners' work easier.
