Project Manager

Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $70 - $75 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Fully Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

This is a strong contract opportunity for a technically minded Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments. You will support a strategic data lake initiative that is helping consolidate existing systems and data while laying the groundwork for future AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:


- Lead assigned projects within a broader data lake program
- Coordinate across business, data, and technology teams
- Track risks, dependencies, barriers, and timelines
- Support data set and system consolidation efforts
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment
- Help evaluate future AI use cases and opportunities
- Support roadmap and strategy discussions
- Keep initiatives moving forward in an ambiguous environment


Required Qualifications & Experience:


- Proven project management experience in technical environments
- Background supporting data lake or data platform initiatives
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and timelines effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfort working across business and technical teams
- Ability to bring structure to complex, evolving work
- Experience navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
- Familiarity with Databricks and Azure


Nice to Have Skills & Experience:


- Experience supporting AI-related planning or initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise data consolidation efforts
- Experience working within a multi-project program
- Background in supporting strategic roadmap development
