Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the commercial interior design and construction industry, is seeking a Project Manager - Non IT 2 to join their team. As a Project Manager - Non IT 2, you will be part of the Interior Signage & Rebranding team supporting project execution from design to installation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.



Job Title: Project Manager - Non IT 2



Location: Remote Job (Working on PST) Travel 2-3 times a month overnight



Pay Range: $47-$50 Hourly



What's the Job?





- Manage the full lifecycle of interior signage and rebranding projects for commercial office interiors.

- Coordinate project schedules, conduct site assessments, and review design packages from senior designers.

- Oversee fabrication processes, manage vendor bidding, and ensure quality control during fabrication.

- Coordinate installation logistics, oversee on-site installation, and conduct quality inspections.

- Manage project closeout documentation and warranty tracking to ensure project completion and client satisfaction.






What's Needed?





- 2-5 years of experience in signage, construction, or related project management fields.

- Ability to read and review shop drawings and design packages with technical accuracy.

- Strong vendor and fabricator management skills, including competitive bidding processes.

- Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and clients.

- Experience managing multiple concurrent site schedules and overseeing quality control.
