They self perform metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and related interior scopes across healthcare, retail, office, and institutional markets. The Opportunity
They are looking for a Project Manager/Estimator who brings experience on both sides of the equation. Someone who understands what it takes to win work and what it takes to deliver it. If you have built estimates, managed projects, and know commercial interior construction from the inside out this is a role worth your attention.
What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing competitive bid packages, performing material takeoffs, and developing accurate project proposals
- Managing projects from initial estimate through final closeout
- Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and GCs on active projects
What They Are Looking For
- Experience in both estimating and project management within commercial drywall or interior construction
- Solid background in metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, or related interior scopes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
- Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and field teams
- Ability to manage multiple active bids and projects simultaneously
