The Project Management Leadership role at Parexel is essential for driving success in clinical research projects, particularly within the dynamic Biotech Division. Your contributions will significantly impact the teams, clients, and ultimately, the patients we serve.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Project Management professionals who are eager to apply their skills in managing global clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Hematology, Respiratory/General Medicine, and Obesity/Endocrine. We are currently looking for candidates for the Project Leader and Senior Project Leader positions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Achieve operational excellence through timely delivery of projects, within budget, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Exceed client expectations while catering to the unique needs of Biotech clients.
• Manage resources, project scheduling, team activities, and coordinate all aspects of clinical trials.
• Engage in the full clinical development process, including regulatory submissions.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of an undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 2+ years of experience in leading global clinical trials in a Project Management role, preferably within a CRO, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical company.
• Proven experience in managing resources, budgets, and scheduling.
• Additional experience required for more senior roles like Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, and Project Director.
