The Project Leadership function at Parexel plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients and advancing clinical research projects. As part of the Global Project Leadership organization, your contributions have a direct impact on the projects, teams, and clients you engage with, ultimately benefiting the patients we serve.
Parexel's dedicated Biotech Division offers exciting opportunities for experienced Project Management professionals with a strong background in overseeing global clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. This group focuses specifically on Biotech clients, providing comprehensive support tailored to their distinctive needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals in the industry who value flexibility, creativity, and a problem-solving approach to effectively support these unique clients.
We are anticipating future opportunities at different levels: Project Leader, Senior Project Leader, and Project Director for candidates with a proven track record of leading global studies in multiple therapeutic areas, including Oncology (Hematology), Respiratory/General Medicine, and Obesity/Endocrine.
Selected individuals will lead project teams and manage day-to-day operations while striving for operational excellence through timely delivery within budget and to the highest standards, all to exceed client expectations.
Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field (advanced degree preferred) and at least 2+ years of experience managing Global Clinical Trials either within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company. Candidates should possess skills in project scheduling, resource and budget management, and team coordination, along with experience in the comprehensive clinical development process through regulatory submissions. More extensive experience is required for senior positions such as Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, and Project Director.
To thrive in this role, qualities such as flexibility, problem-solving skills, and strategic vision will greatly foster your growth as a member of our Project Leadership team.
