Project Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting new product development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent organization, and respectful communication, which will align successfully in the organization.



Job Title: Project Engineer



Location: Minnetonka, MN (100% On-Site)



Duration: 12+Month Contract with possibility of extension or conversion



Pay Range: $53/hr. - $58/hr.



What's the Job?





- Manage all aspects of engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

- Design, communicate, and implement operational plans to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and performance, taking corrective actions as needed.

- Coordinate resources, including preparing designs, developing schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors to secure resources and contributions for project success.








What's Needed?





- Associates degree minimum; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in project management and engineering support, preferably in medical device or related fields.

- Proficiency with Windchill, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP or SAP Ariba is advantageous.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with vendors and internal teams.
