I’m seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead software development, systems integration, and sustainment programs supporting the
U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps.

This role will manage geographically dispersed cross functional teams and work closely with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and customers to deliver mission critical capabilities on schedule, within budget, and against technical and contractual requirements.





Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple DoD programs through all phases of contract execution

• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, revenue, margin, and forecasts

• Develop program schedules, resource plans, and execution baselines

• Lead software and systems development and engineering integration activities

• Manage Engineering Change Proposals, contract modifications, and customer directed changes

• Identify and mitigate programmatic and technical risks and opportunities

• Prepare program status reports, briefings, and customer presentations

• Lead customer meetings, IPT meetings, and milestone reviews

• Coordinate geographically dispersed cross functional teams

• Manage CDRLs including Program Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Monthly Status Reports

• Support proposal development, basis of estimate, and follow on contract activities





Required Qualifications:

✅ Active Secret Security Clearance

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field

✅ 6+ years managing DoD programs

✅ Software development, systems integration, engineering, or technical program management experience

✅ Experience with ECPs, contract modifications, or requirements management

✅ Experience with project schedules and cost performance metrics

✅ Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills

✅ Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally





Preferred:

• PMP certification

• U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, NAVWAR, NAVAIR, or MCSC experience

• Command and Control, Tactical Communications, Air and Missile Defense, or related defense systems

• Earned Value Management experience

• Agile or DevSecOps environments

• Cost Plus, FFP, and T&M contracts

• Proposal, capture, and customer growth experience

• Cross functional team leadership in a matrixed environment
