Job Description
Nuvoton Technology Corporation America is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead market development and go-to-market execution for discrete semiconductor products, including Battery FETs, power MOSFETs, and load switches.
This role will connect customer and market insight with product strategy, roadmap definition, and commercial execution across high-growth applications such as AI-enabled mobile devices, consumer electronics, and emerging battery-powered systems.
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing strategy for assigned discrete semiconductor products, including market segmentation, positioning, pricing, product launches, sales enablement materials, and digital content.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer systems, end applications, technical requirements, and technology trends; convert market intelligence into clear product and business recommendations.
- Partner with the Business Group, engineering, sales, and field application engineering teams to define next-generation product roadmaps and execute successful product introductions.
- Drive go-to-market execution from qualified opportunity through design-in and design-win, with clear priorities, milestones, and follow-up actions.
- Build bottom-up total addressable market and serviceable addressable market analyses to identify attractive applications, customers, and growth opportunities beyond existing key accounts.
- Develop competitive analyses covering product performance, positioning, pricing, and ecosystem trends, and communicate actionable findings to internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain demand forecasts, product lifecycle plans, launch schedules, and periodic business and project status reports.
- Build relationships with North American key accounts, brand manufacturers, solution and application partners, and chipset vendors to identify customer needs and joint marketing opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver executive, customer, and field presentations that clearly communicate product value, differentiation, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate effectively across regions and time zones. International travel may be required.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, business, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- At least five years of relevant experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, applications engineering, or a closely related semiconductor role.
- Experience with semiconductor components and a demonstrated record of market identification, product definition, product launch, design-in, or design-win execution.
- Working knowledge of consumer, industrial, and/or automotive market segments, including competitive dynamics, emerging applications, and system-level requirements.
- Ability to translate technical information and market data into product strategy, customer value propositions, and commercial priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, including market sizing, forecasting, pricing analysis, and business case development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to customers, field teams, technical stakeholders, and senior management.
- International business experience and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese is a plus, but is not required.
Location and Working Expectations
This position is based in San Jose, California. Candidates should be able to collaborate with customers and internal teams across North America and Asia. International and domestic travel may be required based on business needs.
Salary Range: In accordance with California pay transparency requirements, the expected annual base salary range for this position is
$110,000 to $165,000. The final compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, education, and business needs. NTCA also provides a comprehensive benefits package.
