Role: PRN Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical physical therapy to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Communicate effectively, build relationships, and promote a collaborative environment.
• Take accountability for performance and continuously seek to improve the patient experience.
• Engage in professional growth and contribute to a high-performing team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or temporary license.
• Minimum of 1 year licensed physical therapy experience.
