Collaborate with world-class scientists to drive innovative drug discovery programs.
Conduct cutting-edge computational analyses to advance the understanding of disease mechanisms and identify potential drug targets.
Develop and implement novel algorithms and computational tools to support drug discovery efforts.
Manage and mentor a team of scientists to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in computational sciences and integrate new techniques and technologies into research projects.
Present research findings and project updates to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Work closely with other departments and teams within the company to ensure alignment and integration of research efforts.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, data analysis, and results.
Contribute to the development of research strategies and provide scientific expertise for project planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
Actively participate in scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops to share knowledge and stay abreast of industry developments.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the team.
