Job Title: Regional President Food & Beverage, North America





Job location(s): USA remote with lots of travel.





Geographic scope: North America Region Reports to: Global President, Food & Beverage





Objective of function The Regional President Food & Beverage for the North America (NA) region leads, directs, and controls all divisional activities in the region and is responsible for the definition, implementation, and execution of a regional strategy, including road map and corresponding action plans, that enables the Food & Beverage (F&B) division to meet its strategic and business goals globally. This includes full P&L accountability and overall responsibility for the division’s short- and long term objectives regarding Sales, Marketing, Category, Development & Application as well as Operations to ensure that regional financial commitments and growth targets are achieved. The Regional President Food & Beverage will also be responsible for defining the go-to-market process and establishing and maintaining productive senior-level customer relationships. Furthermore, the Regional President will ensure that physical footprint and infrastructure within the region are aligned with strategy, aiming for maximization of assets performance, and make appropriate recommendations to the Global Food & Beverage Leadership Team for acquisitions, divestitures, or site rationalization as applicable. Reporting to the Global President Food & Beverage, the Regional President will lead and manage the NA Leadership Team, provide guidance and inspirational leadership to the regional teams, and foster effective collaboration across the different functions in the USA and Canada. Working closely with Human Resources, the Regional President will drive the development and optimization of the regional organization to achieve short- and long-term goals, and guarantee that corporate ESG programs and objectives are fulfilled in the region. As a member of the Global Food & Beverage Leadership Team, the Regional President will actively contribute to the segment business strategy, engage in the cross-regional Food & Beverage network at senior management level, and strengthen corporate culture and values in the global organization.

Dimensions of the Function  Full Regional P&L Responsibility: Includes Sales, Marketing, R&D (Development & Application), Operations, and Category Management  Geographic Scope: Covers all Food & Beverage entities and sites in the United States and Canada  Leadership: Direct oversight of the NA Leadership Team and cross-functional teams  Financial Scale: Accountability for regional revenues  Strategic Influence: Member of the Global F&B Leadership Team; direct impact on global strategy development and execution  Organizational Footprint: Responsibility for optimizing the region’s physical infrastructure, including manufacturing sites, R&D centers, and commercial hubs III. Main Tasks  Define and lead the execution of a regionally adapted but globally aligned strategy for growth and operational excellence  Deliver regional revenue, profit, and market share growth targets through cross functional leadership and customer-centric innovation  Strengthen Company’s competitive position by building and maintaining senior-level customer partnerships and driving go-to-market initiatives  Align and optimize physical infrastructure and asset performance with long-term strategic priorities  Provide visionary leadership and talent development to cross-cultural, cross-functional teams across the NA region  Ensure strong governance and compliance, and drive ESG objectives in alignment with corporate sustainability goals  Actively contribute to global strategy and leadership as a member of the Global F&B Leadership Team.

Responsibilities/accountabilities Strategic Leadership & Business Development  Develop and implement a robust regional strategy, including a clear roadmap and actionable plans, to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals  Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, leveraging consumer insights and trends to drive innovation and expand market share  Lead M&A activities, joint ventures and strategic partnerships as appropriate to strengthen Company's presence and capabilities in the region Operational Excellence & Financial Management  Ensure operational efficiency across all functions, including Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Development & Application, and Operations  Manage the regional P&L, setting and achieving financial targets related to revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization  Oversee the alignment of the physical footprint and infrastructure with strategic objectives, making recommendations for acquisitions, divestitures, or site rationalization as needed Team Leadership & Organizational Development  Lead and inspire the North America Leadership Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement  Work closely with Human Resources to drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational optimization  Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the regional teams, ensuring alignment with Company's corporate values Customer Engagement & Market Presence  Define and execute go-to-market strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction  Establish and maintain productive relationships with senior-level customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions  Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership Governance & Compliance  Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements across all operations  Implement and monitor corporate ESG programs and objectives within the region, promoting sustainability and social responsibility. Job requirements.





Education & Qualifications  Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred  Minimum of 10 years of documented experience in a regional or global management position within the food, beverage, or fast-moving consumer goods industry  Proven track record in leading cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple geographies  Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and account management within a dynamic, multinational commercial environment  Experience and growth track record with key customers in the North American F&B market, including depth of relationships, influence, and ability to expand key accounts  Relevant expertise in M&A activities, joint ventures, and organizational transformation initiatives  Strong financial acumen with prior responsibility for P&L management, including financial, commercial, operational, and R&D aspects  Experience in stakeholder management and building productive professional partnerships at both regional and global levels Internal  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English VII.
