Description
• REMOTE WORKER
• We are seeking a Seasoned Business Performance Manager to join our group of leaders and business partners on a high‑priority initiative focused on simplifying one of clients largest crosses‑functional processes—driving meaningful value across the enterprise.
• Reporting into the Strategic Planning and Operations function within PMed, the Senior Business Performance Manager will support one or more transformation initiatives spanning End to End R&D processes. The successful candidate will have strong project management capabilities as well as business analysis/performance capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Works closely with the SPO and workstream leaders to help plan, execute, monitor, and control, activities to meet the established goals and objectives within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Ensures project plans, actions, and decisions are documented, and progress is communicated to key stakeholders.
• Applies knowledge and understanding of team objectives, escalating issues to the leaders as appropriate.
• Works closely with team leads to accurately map end-to-end processes in the Precision Medicine space
Preferred qualifications
• Demonstrated results navigating through ambiguous business processes.
• Experience managing complex, workforce strategy / build R&D projects including developing and executing against project plans.
