Plaintiff's Employment Attorney - Open To Experience!

A highly regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm in the South Bay is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing team. Practice Focus

- ~90% Wage & Hour Class Actions / PAGA
- ~10% Individual Employment Matters (e.g., wrongful termination, FEHA claims)
- Additional exposure to consumer class actions


Responsibilities

- Support and manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Participate in class action and PAGA litigation strategy
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams
- Engage in client communication and case development


Qualifications

- 1-7 years of litigation experience (employment law strongly preferred)
- Experience with wage & hour or PAGA matters is highly desirable
- Open to candidates from plaintiff or defense backgrounds
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated initiative and a strong desire to learn ("hungry" mindset)
- Active admission to the California State Bar
