Job Description
A well-established, community-focused cancer program near Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology physician to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, collegial practice with strong institutional support and a balanced schedule.
Position Highlights
• Join an established Hematology & Oncology program with a strong regional reputation
• Outpatient-focused practice with manageable call
• Can see anywhere from 15 PPD up to 40 PPD if desired
• Supported by experienced nursing staff, 4 APPs, and oncology-trained clinical teams
• Comprehensive oncology services, including infusion, radiation oncology, and diagnostics
• Modern facilities with onsite resources to support efficient, high-quality care; 13 Exam Rooms and 15 Infusion chairs
Compensation & Benefits
• $665k base salary with productivity incentives
• $75k Sign-on bonus and $10k relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, malpractice, and CME
• Paid time off and holidays
Qualifications
• BC/BE in Hematology & Oncology
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• J1 and H1b visa sponsor available
