Hematology/Oncology Physician Near Kingman, AZ

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hematologist/Oncologist for a locum tenens opportunity near Kingman, AZ. This position offers the chance to provide both inpatient and outpatient care in a supportive and dynamic environment. The role is designed for physicians who are passionate about making a significant impact on patient care and are looking for an ongoing, long-term locum assignment starting at the end of 2024.

Position Overview:

Shift Details:
• Shift Type: Day shifts, Monday to Friday
• Schedule:
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Setting:
• Outpatient clinic with hospital rounds when necessary
• Both inpatient and outpatient care required

Responsibilities:
• Coverage: Full-time provider needed to manage Oncology services
• Duties:
• Clinic hours with patient consultations
• Hospital rounds for inpatients
• High patient volume, including hospital consults as needed

Systems & Support:
• EMR System: MEDHOST
• Support Staff: Collaborative support team available for both clinic and hospital rounds
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Fellowship: Required
• Certifications:
• ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• Licensure:
• Active Arizona license or IMLC certification required
• Credentialing Timeframe: Expedited, approximately 45 days with a clean history
