Outstanding Locum to Perm Opportunity: Oncology Support near New Bavaria, OH Introduction: Are you a seasoned Oncologist with a passion for providing top-notch care? An exceptional locum tenens opportunity awaits near New Bavaria, Ohio. We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled provider to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

This role has the potential to transition into a permanent position, providing a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Position Overview: • Practice Setting: Join our dynamic team in an Inpatient/Outpatient, Free-Standing Cancer Center setting.
• Schedule: Enjoy a regular Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
• Patient Population: Primarily Adult and Geriatric patients.
• Work Locations: Full-time options are available at either Celina OR Lima, with the flexibility to split time between both facilities.
• Start Date: Immediate availability is preferred, allowing you to embark on this fulfilling journey without delay.
Team Dynamics: • Physicians & APPs: Collaborate with 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers in a supportive practice environment.
• Patient Load: Manage an average of 14-15 patients per day in the outpatient setting and 1-5 patients per day in the hospital setting.
Clinical Focus: • Clinical Areas: Specialize in both Outpatient and Inpatient Oncology care.
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2, providing a diverse and engaging clinical experience.
• Chemotherapy Administration: Handled by our skilled Nurse Oncologist.
• Documentation System/EMR: Utilize the efficient Epic system for seamless patient care.
Additional Information: • Tumor Board Participation: Engage in collaborative discussions as part of a Tumor Board.
• Procedures: Perform various essential procedures, including ordering tests and images, prescribing medications, blood bank management, and overseeing Bone Marrow Transplants.
Credentialing Process: • Estimated Timeframe: Anticipate a smooth credentialing process completed within 90 days.

• Board Certification: Mandatory for application consideration.
• OH License & DEA: Highly preferred; however, candidates willing to obtain these licenses will be considered.
• BLS Certification: A prerequisite for application submission.
