Medical Oncologist | Seneca, PANorthwestern Pennsylvania — Easy Access to Pittsburgh## Position Details Full-time, permanent position (1.0 FTE) Employment Type: Hospital Employee Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p Setting: Outpatient clinic and inpatient medical consults Call: Shared on-call coverage among physician colleagues Visa sponsorship not available## Practice OverviewSeeking a BE/BC Medical Oncologist to join as the second physician in a busy, growing medical oncology practice at a world-renowned cancer center network: Outpatient and inpatient medical consults, chemotherapy, lab, and supportive therapy visits Work with an experienced team of medical oncologists/hematologists, APPs, specialized oncology nurses, lab, pharmacy, and support staff Participation in numerous clinical trials available throughout a large cancer center network Physician-led, integrated network of clinicians Part of Western Pennsylvania's only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with 70+ locations throughout PA, OH, NY, and MD## Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Generous incentive program Sign-on bonus Outstanding benefits package including family health, dental, vision, pension, and life & disability insurance Occurrence-based malpractice insurance Generous PTO and CME allowance## Required Qualifications MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain Visa sponsorship not available## About the Organization 96 private rooms with capacity for up to 126 beds 28-bed behavioral health building adjoining the hospital 9-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and 16-bed transitional care unit State-of-the-art treatment technology Part of one of the largest integrated community cancer networks in the U.S. and Western Pennsylvania's only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center## About the Community – Seneca, Pennsylvania Charming small town in northwestern Pennsylvania Friendly, uncomplicated way of life with cultural and recreational opportunities Hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing at nearby parks, resorts, and trails Safe and enriching environment — ideal for raising a family Affordable living with a welcoming community* Easy access to Pittsburgh and surrounding cities
