• General medical oncology and hematology

• Oversight of infusion services

• Management of treatment-related adverse reactions and side effects

• Inpatient oncology consultations


Gynecologic Oncology Physician Requirements:


• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Board certification required; relevant Medical

• Oncology/Hematology certification

• State License(s): Wisconsin

• Certifications: None required

• CSR Req’d: Not specified

• DEA Req’d?: Not specifie4s

• Years of Experience Req’d: 1–2 years of Medical Oncology and Hematology experience
