A large West Virginia-based healthcare system is seeking a Medical Oncologist for an outpatient practice setting. This community hospital is a 247-bed facility serving a 10-county region in southern West Virginia and southwestern Virginia.

About the Practice:
• The office is currently staffed with 1 Hem/Onc and 3 Nurse Practitioners
• 4-day clinic and 1-day admin
• On-site infusion center
• Average 15-20 patients/day
• No Call (24/7 hospitalist)
• Community practice with Academic Appointment through WVU

Compensation/Benefits:
• Salary $550,000 + productivity bonus
• Sign-on bonus and Retention bonus
• Relocation allowance
• PTO - 24 days plus ALL federal holidays off and floating holidays
• CME - 5 days off/$6,000 allowance
• Medical/Vision/Dental/Life/Disability Insurance
• Paid malpractice
