• Additional Compensation: Competitive salary range $250,000 - $350,000 annually (pro-rated for part-time)

• Diagnose and stage various cancers using clinical assessments, imaging, and lab tests
• Develop personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Manage treatment side effects and provide supportive care to improve quality of life
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and outlooks
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and navigators to coordinate care
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on current clinical guidelines and advancements in oncology
• Mentor and guide other healthcare professionals in oncology practices What You Need
• Medical license in Vermont; Board Certification or Eligibility in Oncology
• Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Compassionate patient communication and teamwork abilities
• Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour, or working in conjunction with other jobs About the Assignment

This position is based at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, a caring community facility serving southeastern Vermont and neighboring areas in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
