Medical Oncology in Southern Idaho
An established cancer program serving a regional population of over 1.2 million across Southern Idaho is recruiting a Medical Oncologist. Designed around pure oncology care without procedural duties or administrative burdens, this practice offers immediate patient volume, extensive clinical support, and outstanding financial upside within a 4-day workweek schedule.
What We Offer You
• High-Earning Oncology Practice: $589,000 base salary plus uncapped wRVU incentives, with current physicians earning between $767,000 and $1.14M annually
• Established Patient Demand: Step into an existing patient panel supported by a referral network serving more than 1.2 million people
• Comprehensive Oncology Team: Collaborate with 3 local oncologists, 14 system-wide physicians, 17 APPs, and dedicated oncology pharmacy support
• Efficient Practice Model: No procedures, ambient AI scribe technology, limited administrative responsibilities, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 8 weeks PTO, 2 weeks CME, and multiple retirement plans
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
• Eligible for Idaho medical licensure
• Interest in treating solid tumor malignancies
• Interest in clinical trials participation welcomed but not required
