Role: Hematology and Oncology MD in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities: Provide outpatient care for patients with solid tumors and hematologic conditions, primarily in clinics with some remote administrative work. Manage patient cases, handle phone call consultations (1-2 calls daily), and collaborate with a network of specialists and subspecialists. Ensure quality patient care within a vibrant, family-friendly community offering outdoor activities and easy access to beaches and mountains.

Qualifications & Skills: Medical degree with specialization in Hematology and Oncology. Strong clinical and communication skills, ability to manage outpatient caseload, and comfort with phone-based call coverage. Prior experience in outpatient oncology care is preferred.

Key Duties: Conduct outpatient visits, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in call coverage, and contribute to patient management in a busy healthcare system. Support services include salary negotiation, licensing assistance, and interview coordination.
